Two rooms need re-skimming. Rooms are 3.5m x 3.5m and 4m x 4m.
All work was completed quickly, to an extremely high standard and to deadline as promised. Paul was very thorough, reliable and tidied up at the end of each day, leaving very little mess compared to some plasterers!! Not only are my walls now perfectly smooth, PDL's prices were also extremely competitive and I will be using them again in the very near future as well as recommending PDL to my friends.

Scaffolding required. White/black fleck stone (pebble) finish. Prefer to stabilise current rendering, patch damaged areas(about 4 sqm), then skim over & dash. Very rough guesstimate about 64sqm area
Top job, fully recommended. Several enquiries from impressed neighbours requiring similar works.

Bathroom, back to brick, full plaster (not dry line) and skim ceiling. Build new wall with doorway and skim (door makes up most of new wall). Room is approx 2.5 x 2.5m.
Nigel provided a very detailed breakdown of the work with clear explanations of what was required. Nigel was reliable and neat and tidy and would recommend for similar services.

We were very pleased with the work Barry & Roy did for us. They were prompt, friendly, did a good job and cleaned up after they had finished. I was glad to say they were very careful not to mark the new worktop that had just been fiitted. They gave good value for money and also they had a sense of humour to ignore the wrong measurement I had submitted which was the size of a football pitch!! So once again thanks we would recommend them and are likely to use them again.

Old plaster on walls of lounge is flaky and loose in places. Some comes away with wall paper. The lounge is approx 5m by 3m in size. Would need removal of any flaky plaster, and reskimming.
I found Anthony helpful from the start. He turned up on time to give a quote and talked us through the job he'd do. His quote was much better than the others we received. They arrived promptly on the day of the job and worked very quickly. The finish was of good quality, with only some minor imperfections, and a few plaster splashes to windows and doors! Anthony's decorating tips were also very helpful. I would happily get Anthony back to do future jobs, and would recommend him to others.

Replaster 4 walls (back to brick), approx 8 x 7. Repair ceiling Repair/skim walls where new wiring installed ready for kitchen installation (seperate from 8 x 7 area)
