Unsold Job, Updated Details : Size of room aprox 14ftx 12ft 6 in ,you will be supplying the art-ex and pattern ,if you wish to see the job before you tell me the price Original : Arte x a ceiling and molding in the front down stairs room ,there is some small cracks in the main ceiling but the bay section is good ,do you want any more information ?

Hack off approx. 10sq.m. of existing pebble dash render and apply new to match existing. Working above single storey glazed roof therefore bridge scaffolding will be needed

The jobs consist of removing a plaster skim thats falling off and apply an anti-fungal treatment to the sand cement render underneath. Apply a scratch coat to the sand cement render and then skim the wall. The wall size is as follows Length: 4 meters Height: 2.5 meters Also there is a tall narrow window in the wall. Sand cement render is new to the external wall as we had a flood. The wall was taken back to brick and built back up with sand cement. It was supposed to have been treated with an anti-fungal coating but this was not done and it was also skimmed before the sand cement was properly dry so the skim coat is falling off. The builder who was doing the work for our insurance company has done a very unsatisfactory job so we have asked him not to continue. We have had a water damage company come and test the wall to see if it has dried ok and they have given it the thumbs up. We are now looking for an experienced plaster to put this right for us.
