A very pleasant, helpful and reliable young man, who did an excellent job and we were very pleased with all the work he did and the price he charged. We would rate him to anyone looking for a professional plasterer.

hallway and landing needs skimming over with plaster, i have artex quite thick and bumpy in the hallway and it needs skimming over. also the small kitchen area needs replastering.

Craig did an excellent job of plastering my ceiling in the back bedroom, even though some of the ceiling came off in some places due to a previous leak which was unexpected!! He did a very good job with very little mess. I would recomend Craig and i will be keeping his number in my phone for future work.

Skimming of a bedroom and halls stairs and landing. May need celing replaced in upper hall due to large crack. Walls in bedroom are in good condition but in hall there are patches with plaster falling off and different ages of plaster.
would highly recommend, quoted for job on the monday and started on the wednesday. Worked in a clean and tidy manner and even hoovered up afterwards!! We will be using them again for other jobs needed. Thanks.

I found Mark of MCM Maintenance to be highly professional. He came out within the hour to quote and assess the job. We accepted his quote and he gave us a suitable date to complete the work. On the day, he arrived when stated, he covered all flooring with protective covers, worked well throughout the day to complete the job. The plastering was completed to high standards, he even cleaned up after he had finished. I would definately use MCM Maintenance again and recommend him to family & friends.Overall rating 5 stars

The job was to scrim a bathroom, the tradesman did an excellent job, and he was tidy also finished on time the price he quoted was the price I paid. I would recommend him.
