"The job ended up being the skimming of a whole house with some joinery work on top (frames for fire place etc). I wanted a quick job at a reasonable price but as the property was to be rented out, perfection wasn't a necessity. Keith's job was good value for money - a good quality of work for a good price. Carried out additional work for additional price on top of the job quoted for without any problems and completed the whole job within a reasonable time frame.
