Small bathroom (2 x 2m) 3/4 walls need skimming (not ceiling). Also need a small frame built to fill in a gap from an old chimney in one corner and a gap (a few inches) at the top of one wall where we have removed an old pipe. Needs to be available next week (w/c 15th April). A number of other jobs will need doing over next few weeks/months too, so possibility of other work too.
Cemajl did an excellent job plastering our bathroom. He was very quick to respond to our post and provided a quote that same evening (on a sunday!). He came back at a later date to complete the job after he recommended that we rebuilt one of the internal walls. Good value too. Would definitely use again and recommend without hesitation.

Bathroom ceiling is 2.4m x 1.4m. New plasterboard ceiling needs 2 layers of plaster skim. Have filled and sanded down all the screw holes. I have two thirds of a big bag of multi-finish already which should be enough to do the job. Also have self adhesive mesh jointing tape.
SC Plastering contacted me within an hour or so of me posting the job, and came over the same day to carry out the work. Stil (Italian name, excuse my poor spelling!) was punctual, very friendly and professional. He talked us through everything he was doing and why each step was necessary. Even though it was late he didn't rush the job, he took great care to make sure we had a good finish. The result was a perfect plaster finished ceiling. We would definitely use SC Plastering again and Stil is highly recommended.

Simon and his builders were polite, on time and did their job very professionally. The plastering of our attic room, painting (walls, ceiling and woodwork) and laying of a laminate floor were carried out quickly and conscientiously, and the end result looks amazing. Contacting Simon was easy at all times, and he made sure that his builders did not leave any mess around during the work and when the job was done. We will definitely ask Simon to quote on further work that we need doing and will also recommend him to friends.

I've just bought a 3 bedroom semi detached house and need to have some polystyrene ceiling tiles removed from the landing. I dont know what will be exposed below the tiles and our next door neighbours have said that they had asbestos in their ceiling. I would therefore like a professional to remove the tiles and then replaster to repair the ceiling if needed

Room measures 2m by 2m and we are currently stripping the old wallpaper / removing the coving as part of a full bathroom refurb (I am the contractor and my current plasterer is on holiday, therefore this is a good opportunity to get repeat business from me). Only 2 and a bit walls and the ceiling need skimming. I will bond over any deep cracks / holes and have it all unibonded and ready to go. Ideally, the client needs it doing on Friday, Saturday or Sunday this week as the joiner is booked for Monday.
