Job There is a crack along a room extention in our building and we would like to have a quote to fix it, thank you

Comment When I got quoted for the job I was told that they were going to weld the steps and paint them as they were rusty. However when the guy came to do the job he started painting them saying that he was not told about the welding. He only did the top of the steps and then quoted me double the price to do the bottom when it was already agreed to do the whole thing. I had to cancel this job as I did not trust them to do it properly and will get someone else next year. Ema

Job ground floor flat, bay window -problem is just aesthetic - old plaster needs removing / sanding and to be given a smooth finish and paint.

Budget I'm not sure

Job 1 room. New plugs and lights added by electrician. Need plastering over the already filled chasing (6m in total). Require very neat job - finished ready to paint, including around light fittings, plugs and swtiches. New wooden floor, care to be taken. Would like it done this week.

Job remove live plaster from internal wall. Replaster, skim. Woodchip wall covering may need to be taken off whole wall.

Budget I'm not sure

Job Need 1 living room, 1 hall way and i bedroom ceiling plastered (approx 30m square in total). We have removed all the wall paper that was on the ceiling so it is prepped and ready to plaster.

Comment I employed JP to plaster 3 ceilings in my flat. he did a brilliant job, very smooth and he was as clean as i thin kyou could possibly be in a small top floor flat with the furniture still in there. he came back to look at it drying to advise us. he was reliable, friendly and did a great job. I would definitely use him again - we were so happy to leave him to it in our flat. His quote was reasonable too and he was quick alexandra

Job Internal skim required to new boarded walls to 3m high. For both sides total area is approx 30 square metres.
