We have an old victorian flat in a mansion block. Some of the plaster in the bedroom has blown and needs re-plastering and skimming. The area is only about 250cm x 75cm. We have already removed all the blown plaster and exposed the underlying brickwork.
We're very happy with the work carried out. The guys were friendly and professional and I would definitely hire them again.

A small bathroom ceiling needs bonding and skimming. It was artexed but I've smoothed it out and covered the cieiling in green so it's ready to have the bonding and plaster applied.
Arunas was very prompt in contacting to me arrange a convenient time to carry out the work. I am really pleased with the end result as it is very high quality. Arunas cleaned up really well after the job was complete. I would recommnend Arunas to anyone who needs plasteting work done. I have seen plastering not done well and confidently say that Arunas really knows what he's doing. Thank you.

Skim walls of our office - we have removed a lot of cupboards and furniture as part of a change around in our office space and realised that the walls need re-doing. Approximate space to cover is 15 ft x 8 feet plus a few other small areas that approximate to 8 square feet maximimum

I booked him to do a second job whilst he was completing the first as I could see how good a job he was doing and he did it at a discount for me. Fabulous service.

We need 2 small areas plaster boarded and skimmed either side of a chimney breast. The chimney breast may need reskimmed if it isn't possible to blend the patched bits in nicely. Also, we need roughly 30m of cornicing put up between two rooms.
Paul was incredibly helpful, provided samples and got the work done to a tight deadline. Very happy - will use again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Due to a flat roof leak, water has penetrated into isolated areas of the internal living below, including two small areas of ceiling, walls and wooden door frame (of the patio doors). The area impacted comprises about 3 sq. feet of ceiling, plaster coving and 4-5 feet of adjoining horizontal wall space. We are having the flat roof repaired to prevent future leaks and would like to have the plasterwork subsequently repaired and the impacted areas re-decorated. I can send pictures for an accurate view upon request. We aim to complete internal works in about 4 weeks (after the flat roof repairs are completed).
Very pleased with the job, which required re-decorating our lounge and kitchen walls, ceiling, skirting and eliminating water-staining as a result of a roof leak. We trusted Vince with our flat keys while we were away on holiday to start and complete the job within a few days. Which he did. Vince provided updates via text to confirm progress and left the premises clean and tidy. Would recommend him and use him again.

James did a lovely job putting up what he said was inferior cornicing - exterior corners all look great and there are no join marks. He was on time and finished the job promptly although he was quite messy.

I'm not sure
One wall in the bedroom needs rendering and plastering. I discovered this when the radiator needed taking down as the wall could no longer hold it. If you could also put the radiator up again then that would be a bonus. I am not sure if the whole wall needs work or just the lower section. The wall is roughly 14' wide and 10' high. With two large windows.
Would recommend. A good job and helpful advice.

I'm not sure
About a third of the plaster on my bedroom ceiling has fallen down. This may be as a result of an ancient leak.The remainder needs to be taken down and re-plastered. The plaster is of the old type commonly found in Victorian properties. It is unlikely that the remaining plaster can stay.It is likely that the cornice/decorative plaster -work bordering the room is safe and can remain. The ceiling is approx 3.7m high and a platform will be required to dismantle and re-plaster. It is a large room....approx 4.5m x 4.5m. The ceiling may be dangerous at present and speed is of the essence as I only have two rooms in which I can reside/sleep in the flat
After an initial hiccup which delayed the start of the job, they worked doubly hard the following day and it was all done within time. They did a good job and cleaned up as well as could be expected given the messy nature of the job. The price quoted was a long way below other quotes I was given. I'd use them again.

Hi The plaster is coming away from a wall in the corner of my living room. Looking for a quote to replaster an area of about 50x150cm. Also I have a round cavity in another wall (6cm diameter) left by an old light switch that I'd like covered. In addition, also interested to get a quote to patch-up a strip of plaster that's come away after removing a dado rail right around the room and generally patch-up small dents in the plaster - room approx 400x400cm. Not thinking a full skim as we plan to use lining paper.

We have a leak coming through the wall into one of our rooms. The wall is external and backs onto the neighbouring property. We think the leak is from rain water coming through from where the rendering has fallen away on the external wall. We are looking for someone to confirm whether this is the likely cause of the leak and also to provide a quote to re-do the rendering. We can also arrange for a plumber to be on site at the same time if this would be helpful. In order to have access to both properties, we would be looking for someone to come round Friday afternoon (after 3 p.m.) or on Saturday.

High quality finish required ,it is a must . All the materials are provided.Easy reach with stilts or with a stepladder can be done ,the area will be clear for easy access .
