Unsold Job, Updated Details : a hole in a bed room ceiling approx 100cmX 50cm and the outside of a bay window to be rendered Original : we have a hole to patch up in a room, where we had a damp patch. We also want the rendering on the base outside of the front of our house looking at.

10 years ago we have work done on the exterior of the house, it appears they must used the wrong sort of render as when the wind/rain blows in a certain direction the rain leaks in and started to damage the inside wall (there would need to be internal rendering as well) The wall needs to be excuvated inside & out and re-rendered/plastered. The job is towords the top of a tall Victoria terrace house. Whilst the external job is on a flat roof, it does need a ladder to reach it as it is above a front door.
I found Kevin very helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. Would definitely use him in the future.

I'm not sure
My living room ceiling needs re-skimming. There are noticable hairling cracks between each panel. There is slight bowing in the middle of each panel as well. Perhaps they can be pinned in the middle? The room is 15'x12'. Please note the room is a not rectangular. There is one large 12'x12' flat area and then a 4' incline to a smaller flat area.
On time (in fact early). Good work and pleasure to deal with. I would recommend to anyone who needed a plasterer and I'll be booking Robert in again!
