Bedroom measured with a wall area of ~34 m2 and ceiling 12 m2
Hallway measured with an area of 18m2 and doesn't need the ceiling doing.
Total area ~65m2
Happy to hear quotes at whatever the appropriate price. Original : Looking for a replaster / skim of bedroom and stairwell walls and ceilings. Bedroom room has 2 sloping eaves and is covered in Artex which we want smoothing off.
Stairwell is quite high and would need ladders to reach the upper areas.
Total area is somewhere between 25-30 square meters.
I need a quote first, as we'll then need to arrange to move furniture around, strip wallpaper and source new carpets. Possibly other small jobs to discuss at the same time - various bits of the house need tidying up.
Mircea is obviously an excellent plasterer and left us with some very well skimmed rooms. He worked complete full days without pause and did it properly even if it took that bit longer. Would definitely recommend.

Hi
Somebody fell from upstairs and made a hole on the ceiling downstairs. So need a plasterboard to cover up the hole, then cover it with wallpaper or plaster on the ceiling.
Only experienced person please!
Steve has done a very good job. He is polite, helpful and explained me what need to be done for the hole at my ceiling and also covering up the hole left on the wall in the living room after the firefront and the backboiler were being removed due to relocating the new boiler in the kitchen. He turned up on time, and work very efficiently. He also cleaned up all the mess after the job was done nicely. What he charged me was also reasonable price considering the quality of work he has produced. I would definitely use his service again in the future!

2 bedrooms in small vitcoria terrace house (2up, 2down type house). Bedrooms are a combined approx 250 sq ft. I stripped back old, painted lining paper, but the old plaster is patchy of course. I have painted 1 coat of white, but now want to re-plaster/skim.
Ceiling in one bedroom is fine, but in the other bedroom ceiling has textured paint one it! Would love to get rid of it if someone could tell me how.

We're looking for somebody who can help us with rendering/skimming of internal walls in a small terraced house. We understand that the plaster is blown in a number of areas (in the hall/landing particularly) but are not sure of the full scope of the job so an indication of a daily rate and the average time to complete an area would be helpful.
We will be looking for further internal decorative work to be undertaken in due course (e.g. painting, adding coving, building shelving unit) so any additional skills would be advantageous.
