Scope of works my letting agent has advised of: cut out 2 square meters of ceiling in living room replace with 2 square meters of fire line plaster board fill and rub down and re-instate lining paper to ceiling repaint with 2 coats of brilliant white matt emulsion remove water damaged wall paper from chimney breast reinstate new wall paper and paint with 2 coats of similar colour

We have installed two new bathroom fans (one in each bathroom), the previous fans were larger so there is now a hole next to each fan which needs to be fixed. Hole sizes maybe 10 x 5 inches and 6 x 5 inches. There is also a third hole in Bathroom 1 which is 5 x 5 inches roughly

We have three bedrooms, one living area and one hallway that need skimming/plastering. The ceiling in the living area also needs work. We also want the hallway, including the front porch, stairway and upperlanding to be painted. We'd ideally like someone to start around the 5th of October. There are also some cables that need chasing into the walls.
Leroy was a hard and diligent worker and did a lovely job on our walls. He made sure he tidied ALOT as he went along and kept in touch, making sure that we were satisfied with his work. His plastering was not "glass smooth" but was a smooth and consistant job and he was a lot cheaper than most of the other (4 in total) quotes I had recieved. He was happy to move furniture and treated our home very well. He also included the painting of parts of the house into his job and actually went above and beyond that for no extra charge. He is a funny guy and great to get along with, I did not have to worry about materials or tools and he provided this all. I would highly recommend him for a good job on a budget.
