Budget I'm not sure

Job I'm looking to get a small kitchen replastered ready for installation of a new kitchen. Here's what's needed..

The Job
-------------------------------------------
- Repair several holes in the existing plasterwork about the size of a 50p piece
- Close over and plaster one old switch socket hole
- Close over and plaster two ceiling holes ( an old ceiling rose and an old flue)
- Plaster the whole lot!

Features
-------------------------------------------
- The total surface is 20 square metres
- The surfaces are flat, clean and plasterboard.
- The surface was part tiled so there's the ususal un-evenness from old tile grout.
- The kitchen is empty and ready for work.

Comment What a plastering masterclass! Check out the before and after pictures! The walls were all cleaned down, and prepped, Uni-bonded and replastered exactly to spec. The quality of the materials and finish were second to none and all the work was completed on time and to schedule. If it's plastering you're after, Jozef is the man. Pricewise, he was bang on market average, so it was a fair price for a fair day's work. All in all, you can hire with confidence! Morgan

Budget Under £100

Job A hole has been made in a plaster board wall. about 30cm x 30cm. Wall will need filling in, original board still in tact. Possibly repainting of the wall as well.

Comment Michael was very professional, ensured that he kept me up to date if he was late with an estimated time at my apartment. He ensured that the area he was working on was clean once he was finished. He even left me with a small pot of paint to paint the area that was being fixed which really helped as this meant i didnt have to go to the hardware store to get the paint matched. Rosy

Job 1900's mid terrace: Hall, Landing, 2 bedrooms and double lounge require walls and ceilings to be filled and skimmed (old skim already removed)
