Entire bedroom needs re-plastering/skimming. Four walls and ceiling, roughly 3m x 3m x 3m. Also need to move 2 plug sockets and light switch, install new spotlights in ceiling and install 3rd new plug socket. Ceiling has old thin layer of artex that is crumbling in places.

We need plaster board put up and plastering/skimming in 2 corners where we've removed a cupboard, measuring under 2 metres squared, and the ceiling of one room, measuring 12.6m sq. The ceiling is plastered with Artex which would need either removing or plastering on top. Coving has been removed to reveal brickwork. We also need just plastering/skimming on 1½ rooms, including a ceiling, all together just under 50m sq I would be able to assist as labourer for time needed so weekends would be preferable but not essential. Parts of dining room may need to be cut back, rendered and skimmed. Good finish required as I am looking for minimal filling for my painters and decorators.
