I have relocated a door in a wall. The wall is between a bedroom and the kitchen and is about 2.5 meters in length. I have completed the stud work to close the old door space, the new door frame is in place and the plaster boards have dry wall screwed in place. There are differences in surface heights between the old wall and new boards, but nothing too major, but worth mentioning. I need the wall plastered. Please ingore budget specified. Silly question to ask someone who works with computers.
Stuart arrived to give a quote at the time he said he would, he arrived at the exact time he said he would to start the job and did an excellent job for the price he said he quoted. You cannot possibly ask for more than that. I can highly recommend Coopers Plastering.

The outside kitchen wall has crumbling bricks which is due to water / damp coming through. This is damaging the outside wall and also causing the paintwork inside to crack and peel. The qoute would be to render the outside wall so as to stop the water / damp coming through. Do not require any work on the inside. Thanks Raj

i have taken the wallpaper off, some of the old plaster has crumbled off. i want to replaster all the walls. the room is about 4m x 5m
gary marshall was very efficient with the work he carried out. he was good value for money and he has very good knowledge of the jobs he crried out. he has a freindly personality. im very happy with his work and i am already prompting him to quote me for another job.

1) To replaster room approximately 3.5m x 3.5m (walls only not ceiling). Will need to remove radiator to plaster behind, and will also include plastering around sash window and plug sockets. 2) Old inactive cast iron fireplace needs removing (and i'll then get renovated) and then refitting (so leaving that wall to be plastered last). 3) One wall is a partition wall with a large crack in which needs repairing / plastering over crack.
Florin did a great job replastering, painting and adding new skirting to our spare room. Very reliable, very hardworking, very quick to reply to questions and explained everything he needed to do so a non expert like myself could understand. And the most important aspect, the end result was perfect! Will definitely hire Florin again for other work we need doing.

The paper is currently half stripped in a narrow hall. We now require someone to finish the stripping and skim the walls.
We are very happy with the result, very prompt, good value, polite, and we would use again.

1 bathroom ceiling 1mx3m approx Ceiling is flaky and cracked but ceiling seems solid.
Richard came and quoted for the job within a day and kept in touch to arrange a date to do the work. He arrived on time and did a very good job, also kindly helping me to lift some heavy items, which was much appreciated. He also used some leftover plaster to patch a small hole he saw in another room, which he also did very well. I would recommend Richard as a reliable plasterer.

We would like to start in our spare room but we would require quotes for all rooms. We live in two bedroom house.
We had both a main bedroom and small spare room plastered, including replacing a ceiling and redoing a wall that was original horse hair and lime and had blown. I have nothing but good things to say. They were always on time for starting work, carried out the work to a very high standard (we have had lots of compliments from friends and family) and are very friendly and easy to get along with which is very important when someone is working in your home. The prices were very reasonable, we were given lots of advice and over all found the experiance to be 10 out of 10. Brilliant - highly recommended.

Plaster is poor in areas so where wallpaper has been torn away some render has come away too. would need to be advised on whether patches could be replaced or entire surfaces would need re-doing.
