Comment I had quite bad cracks forming on a new plaster. Eric was the only person that offered a solution other than just to re-plaster. It worked and I haven't had a crack since. He was well priced, super clean, left the place as it was and efficient. He is now my designated plaster/builder. Mo

Budget Under £100

Job We put up two IKEA shelves and they have come away from the wall. There are 16 holes in the wall, most filled with polyfiller however there are four or five holes that have split the plaster so polyfiller won't work.

Comment I found P and M Cork to be polite, timely, diligent and very conscientious. Paul is quite clearly highly experienced in his trade and offered clear (and correct) advice with regards as to how best to proceed. The quote was provided in a timely manner and proved to offer good value for money, the works started shortly thereafter and the quality of the workmanship has been of a high standard. The tradesmen were polite and tidy and the works were turned around in a short period. I would thoroughly recommend P and M Cork. Budget I'm not sure

Job 1 room, only part of 1 wall a problem, wall only very slightly damp, plaster slightly affected slight yellowing. area affected is a narrow band from floor area to ceiling about 1 foot wide. The wall includes a large window and is about 10 foot wide x 9 foot high.

Budget I'm not sure

Job Straightforward re-plaster of ceiling in bathroom. Area approx. 5'x8', height approx. 7'. Large cracks forming across both length and width of ceiling

Comment AJ and the team did a fantastic job of re-plastering my ceilings and I was very happy with the work done. The team were extremely reliable, keeping me informed of all details of what they intended to do, what it was going to cost, and if this changed what was going to change and why and all the alternative options; never making a change without my OK first and always trying to keep costs to a minimum. When we discovered that a small job in the bedroom was going to be much bigger than it looked on the surface, AJ also provided good advice in terms of making sure photographic evidence of the old, original work was captured during each step as he removed the old plaster in case I decided to pursue an insurance claim for the old work. The team were always extremely polite and courteous, always on time and made sure to tell me if they were running the slightest bit late. They also made sure that everything was properly covered up and fully protected before starting work each day, did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and made every effort to accommodate further requirements later on.
