The ceiling around the loft access has cracked and needs repairing/replacing, in addition a new lockable loft access is required.
Did a really good job widening the loft hatch and installing a ladder and lockable hatch.

Kitchen/diner/living= 1 room under 7x4m -some poss feathering needed on walls where prev job poor. 3 small bulkheads already in for downlights. Bathroom = 1 room under 2x2m -just straight skim.
(Have some metal beads & 2 25kg bags multifinish expiry 7.4.08 you might want to use or ditch !!).
Living area more urgent than bath so can be flexible with timing.
Both young men were pleasant, efficient and reliable. They worked hard at the plastering on, what turned out to be, a very hot day. They were tidy and cleaned-up afterwards.
I will certainly use [COMPANY_NAME] again and recommend them to others.
