Budget I'm not sure

Job Rear walls upstairs, landing, bathroom crystalised deposits coming through to the wallpaper also black marks noticeable and blown in parts. Needs to be hacked off and rendered and replastered ready for decoration

Comment I would recommend RCK Plastering. He looked to resolve the problems of condensation not just repair the damage leaving the walls open to re-occurrence. The job was very dirty as our house has the old black mortar, but he kept the dirt to a minimum and cleaned up as best he could each day. The price was reasonable and the finish excellent. Vivienne
