bathroom ceiling to skim new boards fitted ,and 4 walls to plaster two walls back to brick.Do not require a finish coat to walls .size of room 8`x 7`

2.5x5m room needs plasterboard on ceiling on top of existing crap and skim entire room. The existing ceiling is papered over and cracking behind the paper and there is a small hole where my brother stepped on it from the loft. I also have a 0.5'x0.5m exterior ceiling above my front door which needs repair. A water leak caused some plaster to fall off and I patched it up but it needs a proper finish.
Excellent standard of work, reliable & polite, highly recommended.

1 room - dining room with through kitchen at the end. Area currently in a decent condition, but wear and tear evident. Approx 12ft by 12ft room, includes fitted furniture which needs to be worked around.
1 year on, work has held up. Friendly builder, very clean worker. Was late to start a number of times as very busy with other jobs, some finishing was not done properly so came back to complete later. Would recommend for jobs like plastering and flooring.

An old concrete ceiling rendered in swirls needs skimming to get a flat surface. One corner has been badly repaired from a leak. The room is 8ft by 12ft.
