"My over all experience of Josef was very good. I would have no hesitation in recomending him to any friends or users of the site. His work, plastering several celings & rendering a wall was to a very high standard and his work ethic was also very good. The thing that i was really impressed with was that Jo didn't just do the job asked of him but also looked into other problems. I had a damp problem in the house which i was told by the surveyor and a damp coursing company was rising damp. Josef noticed teh problem was actually stemming from a drainage problem. Jo duly fixed the problem ensuring the drainage washed away from booth my house and my neighbours and into the street. This work was also excellent in it's finish. My only slight disapointment was that when plastering the ceiling the old fittings weren't plastered over. This is down to a lack of commuincation from me and the electrician to say the old fittings were to be replaced with spots. although having seen the spots put in later i would have expected the old fittings to have been closed. Maybe because Jo takes such pride in his work and delivering an excellent service it was a suprise this wasn't noticed or questioned. This doesn't detract from the work Jo did and as suggested I would definitely use Jo again without question. I would highly recommend him to anyone. His work is great value for money and of a high standard. If i have future building requirements i wouldn't need quotes from other builders. Jo is a pleasant man and easy to deal with. "
