"The fireplace was done well and was the plastered level and smooth. However elsewhere, I've had to do a lot filling and sanding work to prepare the walls for decoration after the job was done. The builders didn't think this was their role. Also in some areas the bonding was too high and there was no plaster on top this made it difficult to level the surface for decorating. "
