Thanks Lou for the great job you done, my ceilings and walls are now perfect. Lou was very neat and tidy and finished the job on time. I would highly recommend him to anyonegary
old render cracked and flaking in places. needs replacing
The quote was fantastic and very quick. They worked well to give us a price which was within out means for which we were very grateful. They also slotted the job in very quickly which meant that we didn't have to wait very long at all.
The main problems were that after one week of work the renderer went off to do another job, leaving us for several days without anyone turning up to do the job. When the job did start again it was a different person and the rendering did not match so there are visible areas where the render finish looks different.
On the gable end of the wall there was a very visible join which after we commented was smoothed over to some extent but the finish on the different walls does not match entirely. After the job was finished it took nearly 2 weeks for the scaffolding to be removed. We were told it would come down but each day, no one turned up to remove it. this was annoying as it mean that it put back other jobs that we were doing to the house.rohan

Tony and his team worked non-stop to help transform our house - despite being a challenging project.Catherine

I am carrying out in depth restoration of my 3 bed room semi in Norwich and I have a living room that has been readied for plastering. I have chased the cables in and I just need to install the door lining next week. I need a plasterer to head over to give me a quote on this work.
There will also be further work in the downstairs hallway, toilet and up the stairs. All three bedrooms will need further attention so this will be a work in progress.
The old plaster has been removed in alot of places so the options are either to apply a wet coat and then 2 layers of skimming over the top or remove all of the old plaster and use new plaster board. I am open to suggestions of the best way to go on this.
If you could call me asap to arrange a visit it would be appreciated.

render is coming away from the top of the wall and roof line on the rear bedroom and I think that is where damp might be coming in and causing mould in the babies room. so prob some old stuff needs to come off and some new on to seal the out side from weather. might also be facia's letting damp in.
