Also a small pantry to do. (Previous owner of the house re-plastered the bottom half of the walls using gypsum plaster after having a damp injection course! The house is of solid brick construction so needs to be able to 'breathe' the application of the gypsum plaster has resulted in condensation damp forming.)

I need a plaster to complete the work below at a property in Goole. Work: 1. 3 walls, approximate area is 45 square metres. Skim direct on to plasterboard. 2 walls have chimney breasts which have been boarded and prices should include skim bead. 1 wall has a window and door reveal to be skimmed. 2. patch 4 holes (approx 0.5 square metres each). 2 in ceiling and 2 in walls. Skim direct on to plasterboard and blend in. I'm looking for the plasterer to start in the next couple of weeks.
