Budget I'm not sure

Job 2 walls measuring approximately 2.5m X 3.5m each, plus 1m X 1.5m chimney breast

Comment The cheapest of all quotes by far. Left a bit of a mess to clean up, however due to the difference in price I was more than happy to pay a lot lower price and have to clean up. Quality of job as expected and will definately use this company again. Caroline

Budget I'm not sure

Job Re plastering of ceiling (currently artexed) in hall and staircase of grade 2 listed building, over 3 floors. Will need to liaise with scaffolder as some internal scaffolding required. Substantial area.

Comment Alan was very businesslike in quoting for the job, plastering ceilings in the hall and staircase of our Grade 2 listed Victorian house. His quote was a little more than the others but I felt more confident that he would handle the task well. He organised a scaffolder for us, as the hallway is extremely high and he undertook the work whilst we were away on holiday. Our neighbour's only negative comment was that his timekeeping could have been better sometimes. The quality of the work completed is excellent, and there was very little mess. I would happily recommend him. Christopher
