Unsold Job, Updated Details : If no one is interested that is fine, I can't add anymore of a description. Original : I recently got my gas boiler moved from the top of my 3 storey house to the kitchen. In doing so a lot of boxed in pipes were removed and have left areas of unplastered work. I have not given an amount of money that I have to pay for the work because I have no idea how it could be estimated. To help I have some measurements Room 1 - 8" wide channel x 75" high (floor to ceiling) needs to be plastered although the wall is a bit wonky so some chiselling may be necessary. Also pipes originally went up into the attic so patching or replacement plasterboard areas may be required. Room 2 - There is a corner angle 10" wide x 90" and 23" wide x 90" high. As above pipes went up into the ceiling so patching/replacement may be necessary. Ceiling needs to be plasterboarded and skimmed 10" x 125" long.

In the middle of getting a 3bedroom house rewired.the electrician has now told us the plastering is not included.we require plastering around the new sockets etc&we have also taken away a fireplace&need that section of wall replastered.need work completed on sat 9th march.require quote.

Gordon was very professional, viewed the job very quickly after my request and started exactly when agreed. He worked quickly and was very neat and tidy taking great care of carpets/flooring. Walls are smooth and ready to paint without any further preparation ...even the painter and plumber commented on the quality and value of the job.

Our house has red-brick gables, but is rendered front and back. Some of the plaster has come away from the wall, probably due to severe frosts this winter. The plaster needs chipped away to sound, and then replastered.
Completed the job neatly and on budget. Good job.

I have water damage to a lath and plaster ceiling where it joins the wall. I need repair to a cross beam and a section of the ceiling, hopefully about 1 metre wide, and 5 metres long, removed and replaced by plaster board/plaster. The remainder of the ceiling needs to be skimmed.
