I have removed ceramic tiles from my en-suite shower room walls and the plastered surfaces need repairing. There is 14m2 of solid walls that requires patch repairing of the coarse plaster base layer and re-skimming of with finishing plaster. There is also 10m2 of boarded walls that require a further coat of finishing plaster.
The quotation was in-line with other tradesmen but Cobden were chosen by their previous references. The plasterers arrived on time and stayed until they finished the work. The quality of the work was good but the only criticism was with the clean up afterwards.
