Budget Under £100

Job I need all four walls skimming of a bedroom with approx size 2.4m x 2.6m of height 2.4m. There is one door and one windoe in this room. After removal some old wallpaper one of the walls is particularly worse than the others with some of the original plaster coming away with the wallpaper.

Budget Under £250

Job Require bedroom walls skimming. Also need to repair some small damage after removal of skirting boards. Bedroom size 2.6m x 3.6m. Room has 2 windows. Would also be interested in receiving a quote to also have the ceiling artex removed and skimmed smooth. The walls need doing, the ceiling may be done depending on additional cost.

Budget Under £100

Job Half of our kitchen ceiling needs replaced due to water damage from the bathroom. The ceiling has dropped 3-4 inches and is now a safety hazard.

Job Need a small piece of coving (approx 2ft in length) in passage way (where a window was removed and was plastered over) Also would like coving fitted to kitchen walls (recentley been plastered and painted)

Comment Stephen arrived within a few minutes of chatting on the phone about our requirements. He gave us the benefit of his extensive knowledge and suggested alternative ideas which we did take up. The end result is fabulous, first class workmanship done with pride at the best price from 3 rated people quotes Stephen hasnt been in the north east very long and hasnt been linked with rated people for very long. We are certainly looking forward to him decorating for us later in the year and have already told friends about his work. Terry
