I need a smallish panel under a front lounge bay window roughly 2-3m x 1m covering in high-build masonary paint. It needs to have a stippled finish to match similar panels higher up the house. The panel has had teh old finish scraped off leaving a smooth surface to work on. The panels will all then be painted (by myself), so not worried about the finished colour.
A quality job at a reasonable price. Very happy with the job done and was left nice and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

landing stairs hallway needs to be skimmed after woodchip wallpaper has been stripped off walls
I contacted Michael regarding plaster skimming hall, stairs, landing & ceilings, he gave me a very reasonable quote. I appointed Michael to do the work, he said the job would take 2 days and it did, he arrived on both days at 8.00 am, he got on with the job and worked very hard all day, he gave me good advice regarding painting new plaster, he was very polite, well mannered and his work was fantastic, he hoovered up after he finished. I am very pleased with his work and would certainly recommend him.

I have a bedroom, approximately 12 foot square that needs re-skimming - 4 walls and one ceiling. There is a chance that part of some of the walls may need re-boarding but as yet I don't know if it will be necessary as they are behind wallpaper at the moment.
Ben was very punctual, starting early in the morning and turning up when he said he would. The quality of his work was good. I've just painted the walls and the walls are all flat and smooth. After Ben quoted and I agreed to accept that quote, he sent me a confirmation through the post which was a nice touch. I would recommend to others.

I am after a plasterer to skim my garage conversion, I was going to try attempt this myself but would rather a professional do it. All the walls and ceiling have been boarded, joints have been taped, edges have had metal angle beading pinned. The room is 4m x 2.6m, there are two supports that have been boarded round and there is a bulk head at one end.
Can't recommend A.Grace Plastering enough, Punctual, proffesional and friendly. Did a fantastic job of my garage conversion, even with all the awkward angles! HIRE THIS MAN!!!!!

We had some water damage where the guttering failed which has caused the plaster to bubble up. The current plaster needs removing and replacing on two walls. One in the bathroom approx 2.5 m square with a window approx 1.6 m x 0.75 m and the other wall is in the bedroom approx 3.7 m x 2.5 m with a window approx 1.5 m x 0.95 m and a door approx 2.05 m x 0.95 m although damage In bedroom only affects half of wall. I've put within 2 weeks but would prefer early next week if possible.

ignore budget as i know that higher budgets cost more to buy. i need the bottom floor of a two be house tanking and re-plastering. the house has been damp proof coursed injected but salt deposits have come through the plaster. so i have removed the plaster back to the bare brick. just needs tanking or rendering then skimming. good quality of work needed
