I am looking for my spare bedroom to plastered/patched.
Zavia was very polite and punctual. He actually advised me against having any plastering work done in my spare bedroom - hence the quality rating only being medium. instead he told me to sand the wall and paint. I was very happy with his honesty. I might be using him for some plastering work in other area of my house in the future. Prices quoted seemed reasonable.

I need a doorway boarding up and then the walls on both sides re-skimming. The wall is about 12 feet wide on the frontroom side, and 8 feet wide on the dining room side. Timing: ASAP
Turned up when arranged, did an excellent job and finished ahead of schedule. Very pleased with the standard of work. Was contacted a few days later to check everything was OK. Would definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending.

Hi. We're installing a kitchen later this year and would like a price for wall and ceiling plastering. We will have removed tiles from the walls and will have had a few electrical sockets channelled into the wall. The old kitchen will have been removed entirely. The ceiling is currently textured and is cracked along the joist but won't be touched during the removal of the current kitchen. The kitchen is a little under 8sq m and has two doors and a window. Came and gave us an estimate then fitted the job in very quickly when we were ready. Worked very hard and got the job done nice and quickly. Excellent finish on the plaster even though our walls were ruined by the tiles that we removed. Recommend very highly.

Skimming of one wall above a bath where tiles have been removed (top coat only) and window wall, half way up only where tiles have been removed and plaster is very patchy and in some places down to brickwork. I can remove this patchy plaster to brick across the whole area if necessary. I would like a quote for this please.
Didn't use this firm in the end, Ivor Hayes did call a couple of times to arrange a visit but I didn't return the call as I'd used another firm locally

This is a kitchen project, I would like to have the ceiling overboarded and skimmed. The kitchen itself is around 8 m/sq with what I would describe as a square archway (existing external wall leading to small extension area). I would like to have all 4 walls skimmed, there is a small amount of filling where I will have chased the wall out for cabling etc.. I would also like to have the 'arch' walls levelled out as they run off square at the moment. The room will be a blank canvas except for water piping which will have to remian in situe
Mick came and priced up very promptly, he was knowledgable and provided some good ideas about rectifying some difficult areas within the kitchen. He came around again to view the area once i had cleared it and was keen to make a start, we also found that some extra work needed doing as well. I am very happy with the finish Mick has acheived despite some of the existing plaster being rubbish, it looks like a new room which is what we wanted. Mick kept to his original quote even though he had done more than he quoted for initially. Would not hesitate in recommending Mick and will more than likely be having him back when it comes to the bathroom! Thanks Mick
