I'm not sure
one wall and chimney breast has fine cracking and approx 2ft x 2ft of plaster skim has come away. preparation and re-skimming of whole wall and breast in bedroom. total area of approx. 6.23 sq/ m. possibly another 3.1sq/ m if required
