2 x Rooms (Bedroom, Lounge) Walls will have small chases in them for cables to reside. Approx 1 x metre each in length each, only around an inch in depth and width.
Martin did a brilliant job. His quality of work is excellent and price was very competitive. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family for plastering jobs in the future.

A small section of the ceiling has come down due to a leak from the bathroom above. New plasterboard will need to be fixed to the ceiling and skimmed over ready for painting.

I need the walls of my bedroom repairing (holes that need filling, some flaky paint residue that will need removing) and re-skimming. The dimensions of the room are: 2.35m x 3.9m x 2.4m (width x length x height). Skirting boards, door-frames and radiators will all be removed by me prior to the commencement of the job.
Absolutely brilliant job. Repairs and skimming all done to a very high quality and very quick response too. Would definitely use again next time I need some plastering work and would recommend to anyone else.

Updated : The house is an early 1900s semi-detached and only the top half of the house is rendered. We wuld also like the render painting white. Original : Currently we have some white 'chunky' render on the top half of the front of the house. Some of this looks loose and has started to come away from the wall. We would like to have this removed and replaced with smooth render - some houses on the street already have this so I can show and example
