I originally booked this work for our stairway and spare room.The work was done to a decent standard, bar a few snags,only noticed after.He never boxed in/plastered above the front door, which he was supposed to do.We've had to change the locks on our front door as he never brought our key back.He said he was going to come back and do some work on our kitchen.We removed our kitchen sink,hired a dehumidifier,he was supposed to start the following week,that was 3 weeks ago.He ignores texts & phone calls

The kitchen is 10 ft X 9.1/2ft the ceiling needs to be skimmed. The ceiling has an Artex finish. We would also like an Circular Fluorescent Kitchen Light Fitting installed
Jimmy arrived on time and has done a first rate job of plastering the ceiling it looks great, and he cleaned up after himself !! We were so impressed by his work, we asked Jimmy to paint the ceiling and the coving. We will use Jimmy again and would not hesitate to recommend him.

I have a ceiling which either needs replacing or skimming. I need advice on this. When bungalow was purchased years ago there was a wooden ceiling in one of the bedrooms. I stuck polysyrene tiles over this. It is uneven and ugly and I would like it either skimmed or a new ceiling put up. Advice from an expert would be much appreciated.
1st rate tradesman who certainly knows his job, and more. Pleasure to have him aroung, very pleasant. Can do more than just plastering, certainly knows the building trade. Having him back to do work on rest of bungalow. Cannot reccoment him highly enough enough. So glad I went through the internet to track down a reliable tradesman.

PAR were 1 of 3 builders we got quotes from, we found them to be very efficient, pleasant to deal with, in the end we went with a different builder who happened to have done work round the corner which we were made very welcome to view. Can't give a star rating as we did not use Par for the work

We need a ceiling taping and then skimming. and one half-height small wall plastering. We were originally told it would be a 2 1/2 day job, but the plasterer that we had booked now can't come for several weeks. Can anyone come sooner than that?
Mark was absoultely fabulous. He came and quoted very promptly and started the job just a few days later. His plastering finish is superb. He left our house immaculate and spotless - he even washed his own mug up. I would thoroughly recommend him for any further plastering jobs.

Hello, I would like to have my ceilings smooth plastered over artex (it is a light texture artex). Total area to be plastered is approx 31 square meter. House was built in 1995. Also, I took off 2 door frames (a double and a single door) will leave them open (no doors), I require plastering around those door frames as well. Hi... Not sure I chose the right options above... The problem I have is I bought a Maisonette flat 7 months ago and now I can see a massive crack all around the front door (inside the flat) on the outside there are no cracks at all... I think the problem is that as the front door is NOT UPVC, just normal wood, it has swell up with the weather... I heard its quite an easy job to do, just need to shave a bit of the door and then fix the crack, but I don't know how to do the job myself and don't want make it look even worse, so I'd rather leave it to the professionals.
