"Really hate to say this about James as he seemed like a wicked bloke but he let me down several times. When he did show up he did a pretty good job in one room but then when I started to paint the other room the plaster just fell off the wall. As you can imagine I was pretty peeved about this but sent the guy a text and to his credit he text straight back to say he would be back to fix it. We agreed a time and guess what... I write this whilst feeling really let down as he is still not here, won't answer his phone or return a text. James if you read this, do yourself justice and come back to fix this. You seemed like a really nice guy and I thought I had treated you with respect, don't think I deserve this."
