New patio doors fitted to rear of property as well as stainless steel chimney flu fitted on gable end of house for internal multi fuel burner so elements of patching are involved prior to the actual rendering. Care and attention MUST be given around stainless steel flu pipe as well as newly fitted patio doors and recently fitted windows. Would like to replace all guttering as well as facia boards with pvc to match windows but can arrange that side of the work myself if need be.
