Skim a small bedroom that is 2.7mx2.7mx2.3m(H). Works out at 22m2 to plaster. Also plaster window reveal. This will need to be boarded as there is a gap at the top of the window. I've stripped back plaster that was blown in the room and have removed wallpaper. So some of the walls are back to paint and some back to hardwall. I'll take off skirtings and radiator ready to plaster. Fairly flexible over start date but sometime in the next couple of weeks would be great.
Chris skimmed a small bedroom for us. He's a very nice chap and we were happy to have him in the house. The ultimate plaster finish was pretty good. Initially we had some problems with the finish, a little cracking and not as good a finish as could have been but Chris came back very promptly and completely re skimmed the room to get a good finish at no extra charge. We'd happily have Chris back to do more work for us.

During the removal of old wallpaper from a bedroom some of the plaster came away with the paper. I do not want to re-paper the walls and would prefer a plaster finish. The walls are not dry lined.

Hole in an Artexed bedroom ceiling. 1 Plaster board replacement and artex ceiling renewal. Hole is 1/2 m square. Soft artex pattern. Job to commence in new year.
Communication and timekeeping were excellent. The initial replacement of the artex did not work but QARR came back and rectified the fault as promised.

Skimming a stairwell and small landing of a Victorian terrace house in Yeovil. Job was booked in for 7 Nov with a plasterer who has just let me down so I am keen to find someone at short notice - please call over the weekend.
Short notice job done on time and on budget by a friendly tradesman. Job not absolutely perfect, but bearing in mind the time constraints in force this was absolutely fine. Would certainly recommend for future work.

I would recommend using this plasterer, very prompt, very quick and very tidy. He has done a fantastic job, and more important he is extremely reasonably priced in comparison to other quotes I received. I will definitely be using him again in the future

My chimney breast wall has been re-plastered by a friend, it doesn't look as good as I'd hoped, and in my opinion it needs a skim coat to cover over the defects. It's just the front face of the chimney breast, up to the picture rail, there is no air vent to plaster round but it does require a neat edge angled in to the wood beading either side on the corners, like most 1930's houses.
