One wall outisde of our kitchen is not properly water proof. We need someone to hack off what's there and correctly treat it so we no longer get damp patches inside when it rains. Having terrible trouble trying to get builders to return telephone calls. Please can someone help?
We hired Coxys to install a damp proof course and scratch coat/re-render an outside wall. They were on time, polite and professional and clearly explained the work that they were doing. Afterwards they ensured everything was tidy and clean inside and out. We will definitely call on them again in the future and have no hesitation recommending them to others.

The render at the back of the house has bubbled in one place and water has been getting in causing damp on the interior wall. Also the guttering under the roof is old, leaking and needs replacing.
Very happy with the completed work and the price. We asked for a couple of roof tiles to be replaced on the morning the job started and this was no problem. Regular communication throughout the process. A friendly and professional service from start to finish and we will be contacting this company for future projects.

The render to the side of the house is cracked where the boiler outlet is and in need of repair. Parts of the render have come away in the recent heavy rain

I'm not sure
I need a room and ceiling skimmed the room is roughly 4metres by 3 metres with a small alcove. At present the walls are very uneven and bumpy and they would need to be unibonded also.
Very trustworthy and helpful provided good value for money. Was reall pleased with finished job, very thorough, and able to sort out many of the other problems in the house too. Would highly reccommend this company.

It has the original pebble dash (house built in 1959) which has cracked and looks shabby.
