The outside render of the house has some thin but long cracks. We have had a house survey that notes that damp is coming in and that we should look at the area. We hope to fill the cracks in order to solve the damp.

Small lean-to conservatory. About 6 sq mtrs over existing Krend, and about 8 sq mtrs over existing pebble dash. All surfaces good and access easy. A small job but I need it done within the next few days so it may suit you if you have a time slot.
A highly skilled tradesman.His work was of the highest standard and completed quickly and efficiently. Reasonably priced, I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Kitchen has artex, patterned ceiling. Over recent months this has started to show cracks and splits. There had been some historical water damage from a leaking flat roof above (this has now been fixed) so this may be cause. The plaster is starting to crumble and the cracks only getting worse. Ideally would like someone to inspect the problem and re-plaster the entire ceiling (no expert so i dont know exactly what any of this involves!) Thanks

1 room. Stripped of all wallpaper bar for that behind radiator that would need to be drained and removed to allow a full job to be done. Most surfaces OK but some areas have had poor quality plastering on them before. Room is approx 20ft x 10ft, with a door at either end and one 6ft square window and one 1ft square window. Will have been already treated with Unibond or equivalent.
To be fair we were a little bit nervous initially, mainly as the quote was so much better than those provided by other traders and there were no ratings on Rated People. However, we had no reason to be nervous as the quality of work, the communications before and during the job and, most unexpected of all, the commitment to doing a great job and leaving the place in the same state they found it was brilliant. We would recommend Stuart to anyone; he and his colleague did a great job for a great price and he'll soon be back to ours to do more work we hope!

This room will probably need some rendering aswell. - Hallways, stairs and upstairs ceiling skimmed - We have had a few of the pipes chased into the wall so this will need repairing. Also, some of the coving has been damaged so we'd like that repaired too.
