Unsold Job, Updated Details : Sorry 22m2 total not 12m2 as detailed Original : Bedroom. All prep can and will be done, i.e. tape, edging and PVA ans sockets off ready. Bedroom will be cleared and sheeted.
Involves ceiling, and two walls. approx. 12 m2 in total. About 3m2 of wall boarded only and about 1m2 of ceiling as well. Would welcome a free quote and a realistic price. Would like it done yesterday but hoping it might suit as a fill in job between other jobs for busy plasterer.
Very helpful, polite, tidy and organised. Great job at a good price. Recommend to friends and family.

Updated : There's a hole in the bedroom wall about 1 metre wide. It needs plastering. I've been quoted £270 from one local plaster + extra for work on the ceiling beam, but I'd prefer to get someone on here who has a few positive reviews besides their name to be sure. Original : Hole in a bedroom wall, needs plastering and the ceiling beam needs fixing (water leaked and the beam is partially rotten).
Excellent work. Came on time, did a brilliant job, and was exactly on budget. Highly recommended!

to skim ceiling to a high standard, approx 24 meter square.
