Various artexed walls and ceilings to skimmed , including lounge/dining area, kitchen, hall and all bedroom ceilings. Bungalow, so only on one level.
Stephen did the plasterwork and coving throughout our house and has done a really good job. It's great to see flat walls with no artex! I was really impressed with the fact that Stephen tidied up really well every day after he had finished which made it so much easier coming home after a day's work!

Hi, I'm need a couple of ceilings and a few walls plastered. Ceiling 1 (living room) = approx 3.85m x 3.52m - covering artex Ceiling 2 (Dining Room) = Approx 3.30m x 2.91m - covering artex Wall 1 (Living room side) = wide 3.30m x high 2.35m - new plasterboard in this is a set of french doors Width: 1168mm (46")Height: 1981mm (78") Wall 2 (Dining Room) = wide 3.30m x high 2.35m - new plasterboard in this is a set of french doors Width: 1168mm (46")Height: 1981mm (78") Wall 3 (Kitchen) = wide 3.93 x high 2.35m - covering part new plasterboard and anaglypta wallpaper wall 4 (hall) = wide 2.51 x height 2.33 - this is covered with deep artex ridges and within this wall is 2 cupboard doors. Wall 5 (hall) = wide 1.09m x high 1.15m is a small part against the stairs and is actually a triangle. Looking for this to be done on the 3rd or 4th of December, I currently do not own the house and I'm due to get the keys on the 30th of November.

Updated : I am looking to have a ceiling in my flat re-plastered. It is currently artexed, however this is all chipping and peeling away in areas. Cost depending, I would either be happy to get it artexed again or just covered over to give a smooth finish. The room is approximately 12' x 12', it is an old building so the ceilings are high.
