"We would highly recommend Dean for any job. We asked him to carry out major refurbishment work on our victorian conversion flat which is on the top floor of the building and situated in the eaves. The works consisted full replacement of two ceiling(one with a sloping roof and the other with two eaves), repair / 50% replacement of 2 others and the removal and replacement of the plaster on one wall. There was also a lot of removal of wall paper which revealed blown sections of plaster that needed repairing. We also had Dean paint all the rooms including woodwork, create a in loft hatch and reinforce the radiator fittings.
We are very pleased with Dean's quality of work, attention to detail and general care that he showed about the project and our home. We were 100% comfortable with leaving Dean our keys and leaving him to manage the works. Dean kept us updated every step of the way and kept to the original budget save for the additional work we requested along the way.
We are extremely pleased with all the work and the end result is superb! We are very grateful for all of Dean's advice and guidance on the best approach to take to achieve a high quality finish whilst not blowing the budget. As mentioned at the start we can't recommend Dean enough, he is trustworthy, reliable, professional and the quality of his work is second to none!"
