1 room, 15m2 floor space, 10ft ceilings. Some cracked plaster under the windows, some large cracks in ceiling so we are looking for advice on what to do with that as well. I will be chasing cabling into walls so will need that covered over as well. The room will be bare i.e. rad and wiring prepped.

A small walk-in wardrobe (maybe 1.25metre sq) needs completely replastering including the ceiling. Also one wall on the otherside of the wardrobe in the hall way (again about 1.25metre wide but has a big cupboard in it that doesn't need doing). Ceiling height is nearly 3m. The plaster on the walls at the moment is old and a bit crumbly. A pretty bad job was done probably a long time ago. Ceiling has been ripped out.
