"Don't know what is wrong with the guy. He came round, quoted, and arranged to be here on Thursday (all seemed good and very pleasant). Had Electricians in on the Wednesday who slightly over ran and had to come finish off the final bit in the kitchen (a small part of the kitchen) where he could then have started working in the main section. Electricians were finished in 30 minutes, so he would have had the entire kitchen to himself from 9 onwards. Shortly after Robert arrived, he said he was popping out to get some bits and never returned. He did not answer his phone or return my voice messages, and when he did answer (I was calling from another number), he just hung up. If he changed his mind about the job, fine, but at least tell me. This has completely thrown the timeline of our kitchen fit. I urge you not to use him. He is just plain RUDE."

"Absolutely no explaination (nor an attempt to explain) has been received. This the first I have heard from Robert since he said he was poping out to pick up some bits and would be back in an hour!! Never to return. He did not reply to my 2 voice messages nor returned my numerous missed calls (I was starting to become embarresed at how many missed calls he must have had from me!) . When he did answer (I was calling from my parent's house, so he obviously did not recognise my number), I said " Hi, It's Duncan here from Reigate" and he immediately hung up. I would have loved you to provide an explanantion and would have been more than happy for you to come back a couple days later if there was an issue etc. Because this is apparently the only medium through which you are able to talk to me, I would appreciate it if you did provide an explaination now. What happened?"
