The wall above a first floor window is leaking when the rain is blown onto the wall. The wall construction (from inside to outside) is wood frame, tar felt lining, some kind of board and external rendering. External rendering appears old and cracked. Probably requires removal of poor render and sealing/making good with new render.
We had a leaking house frontage. JP Rees performed an investigation, reproducing the leaks and then fixed the problem. Communication was excellent and alternative options discussed before work continued. No more leaks; happy now.
