Updated : The room is 15 foot square, with the en suite being 8 by 4 foot 6. The walls and ceiling are all very smooth, the only thing is that the existing plaster has a lot of hairline cracks in it. The carpet and underlay have been taken up. The budget is negotiable and there will be more on-going work for the right person / companmy as we have not long moved in. Original : Re skim a bedroom in a 1930's house which we have just added a stud work en suite too. All four walls and ceiling need doing and the skirting is in place. I expect a first class finish.
We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Compass Building Services. The quality of the work they carried out for us was superb, as was the way they went about the job in hand. The work was done with minimal disruption to the property, (boots were removed without having to be asked!) and everything was explained and agreed at the outset.
