The job involves several rooms being skimmed. The rooms are a mix of rtex and standard wall. Small Bedroom This room is 1.95m square with Artex on one wall and ceiling that all needs skimming. The walls are stripped and ready. The light switch is currently behind the door when it opens and will need moving to a better location. If possible an additional twin plug socket would be put in this room. The skirting board will be taken off by me and we require new putting on (I will provide the skirting board) A fan grid also needs fitting (this is supplied) 2nd Bedroom This room is 3.2m by 2.6m with a bay window. The walls will be stripped and the ceiling is currently Artex. The skirting board will be taken off by me and we require new putting on (I will provide the skirting board) There are 2 lights on one wall that we no longer require. The previous owner of the house was disabled so the light switches are very low and will need moving up around 2 ft. Hall / Landing / Stairs The walls and ceiling are currently a mix of Artex and plaster that again needs skimming. Parts have skirting board that will be taken off by me and we require new putting on (I will provide the skirting board) Living room This room is 6.8m by 3.2 going into a bay and again the walls and ceiling need skimming. The ceiling is currently Artex. There are 4 lights on one wall that we no longer require. The light switches are low and need rising again. The skirting board will be taken off by me and we require new putting on (I will provide the skirting board) I think that covers it all but the only other thing you may need to be aware of is that all the rooms have a radiator that you may need to take off or get around when doing the work.
