Job We would appreciate an estimate for Artex ceiling removal in our bedroom. Dimensions are 2 meters by 4 meters. Small vent would need to be removed from ceiling. We would also need a small alcove 225cm tall by 65cm deep plastered (may need to replace small section of ceiling) Alcove leads onto hall way which we would also need Artex ceiling skimmed (approx 1.8 meters by 3 meters) Budget:I'm not sure

Budget Under £500

Job Plastering kitchen ceiling where replacement ducting has been fitted for new extractor. Cut-out plasterboard has been replaced, leaving 5mm depth for replastering and skimming in an L shape. Total area: 2.3metres by 30cm.

Budget Under £1,000

Job I need four rooms to be plaster skimmed, two rooms ideally to be done in February and the other two in March/April. The rooms are all approx 13ft x 12ft and each has a chimney breast (the chimney breasts in the two upstairs rooms have been plaster boarded up and at present we don't want to open them up). They are currently all wallpapered but will be stripped and cleaned before the plastering work is to start. Can you please give a rough estimate per room and length of time required to skim plaster each one. I am in East Grinstead, West Sussex. Thanks very much.

Budget Under £100

Job Both corneres of the chimney breast are out of square, Papering not possible in current condition. Needs to be a true ninety. Brick pillars are of painted, dimped brickwork; they need skimming (not boxing) to make them smooth so that they will be contiguous with the rest of the room.

Budget I'm not sure

Job External brick wall 1.6m high x 10m length. Bricks disintegrating due to water & cold weather. Need coping installed , some bricks re-fixed /replaced & rendering.

Job both bathroom and kitchen ceiling have been boarded awaiting skim. dining room wall needs skimming as old skim had not bonded to wall. about 23m2 in total. easy acess to areas
