Require 2 bedrooms decorating, but decorator says that some of the walls need to be properly plastered before they can paper. Bedrooms are normal size for a semi and are currently stripped of all wallpaper.
I'm not an expert, but the plastering looks good and professional.

I need a bathroom ceiling plastered. The roof is boarded and taped. It measures roughly 3.4m x 2.7m. There is bathroom suite in the room so needs to be done tidily please.
Very reliable. Came bang on time and left house very tidy afterwards. Finish is good for a complicated old bathroom ceiling.

2 Old (1735) Cotages The exterior to front and one gable end are pebledashed and a bit shabby and we're thinking of a revamp. Not a big area (9 windows & concervatory) and don't think scafolding would be needed.

I have a rendered strip below the upstairs window and the down stairs doors/windows. Over time I think water has got behind and blown the render, so at the bottom it slopes/flares out. The strip is approx 4/5m long + 1m at right angle and is approx. 1.2-1.5m wide.
Ideally I would like the render removing, the timber beneath making good and re-rendering. Time will depend upon our great weather.
