Skimming 4 walls and the ceiling of my front room. The room is probably 13 to 15ft square. We have stripped the walls and removed a dado rail and in the process we have removed some of the exsisting plaster. Ladders would be needed to reach the roof.

I’m interested in obtaining a quote for external rendering a mid terrace domestic property, concrete built in the 1900’s with a peaked roof and a basement. Approx. 50-60 sq m of coverage is required to replace the existing surface, which is cracked, bulging and missing in places, resulting in a penetrating damp problem. The property does not have cavity walls and thus an insulating, highly weatherproof product would be desirable.
