Fire place removed and so plastering needed other 3 walls need skimming and ceiling needs attention
We are very satisfied with the plastering work Richard did for us, he started the work on the day stated and even text me the night before he was due to start which was very reasurring. He finished the job in the time specified and worked until 7.30 to ensure the job was completed i would recomend him to my friends and family well worth the money and very clean

walls are too rough and uneven to paint on. A reskim would probably sort this problem out.
John was very professional and approachable. The re-skimming was finished to a very high standard and was completed very quickly - a lot faster than I had expected. I would recommend CJR Builders to anyone requesting similar or other building projects. Overall the company seemed very organised - they even helped me move back in some of my furniture! 10 out of 10 - Highly recommended.

To, initially, put up coving in lounge - 13' x 13' 6" (into alcoves either side of chimney breast) but I am also considering putting up coving in other rooms in the house.
Karl was punctual as arranged. He completed the job to a very good standard - cleaning up after himself. I have asked him to quote me for coving several rooms/areas of my house.

Unsold Job, Updated Details : We do not know the actual area but it was originally two cottages the length is approximately 36 feet covers upstairs and down. There are two fairly large downstairs windows and a door, upstairs there are three windows. We are open to discussion about the price. Original : The front of our property needs to be rendered, we think some of it is blown, and some of it is cracked: It is an old stone built building with very thick walls built many years ago. It has some mullioned windows, which we think require rendering as they are sandstone grit and showing wear. The house is NOT listed.

Small ceiling 6x12 ft (already plaster boarded) plus some general filling / tiding up around a door frame - Thanks! P.s. the next page asks me for a budget - I've placed £250 but I haven't a clue what a reasonable price is. Also, but less urgent, some tiling in prep for new kitchen units and fitting work top. Looking at Mon / Tue or Wed next week if possible

I have an attic with a sloped roof which is currently covered in artex (roof, walls and staircase), I would like to have it re-plastered over the artex to provide a smooth surface for painting. Mt attic size is 9' 10" x 16' 0". Thank You.
