"Since I accepted Gareth's quotation several weeks ago, he's maintained a healthy interest in our progress leading up to us being ready for him to come on site with a number of emails and text messages. Various challenges have arisen with the job - none of which seemed to ruffle him at all. On the agreed date, Gareth and Ken turned up early, spent a careful hour measuring for materials and proceeded over 4 days to do a FANTASTIC job. Every problem was met with an uncomplicated and pragmatic solution - NONE of which added to the project cost. When we finally sat down to settle-up for the agreed 'extras', (after Ken and Gareth gave the room a thorough clean including window frames etc), the costs were proportionate rather than the more typical opportunity to make some extra bunse 'over and above'. They certainly deserve all 5 stars for quality and reliability but if I could I'd award them 6 for value."
