I have an old house with an old wattle, lime plastered ceiling/walls. It is crumbling badly so going to replace ceiling myself but need plasterer to skim this. So this is going to entail: 1) Skimming of first floor ceilings and re skimming an internal wall section (between timbers) approx 5 foot wide. 2) The ceiling has sagged so it is not going to be a completely flat surface (looking into flexible plasterboard) so need to be reasonably proficient in this. 3) I have previously replaced 2nd floor ceilings and had a plasterer skim with no issues (just couldn't find his number again).

We need some plastering done in a chalet we are renovating in Morzine, France. The job should be fairly straightforward as most of the surfaces will be freshly boarded so only a 2 coat skim will be required. It is only walls - there are no ceilings to do. Work includes: 4 bedrooms with 3 walls to plaster in each 4 ensuites with a small amount of non tiled area to plaster over 2-3 walls in each 1 coridoor/landing area - includes surface over a stairwell that will require a ladder or platform 1 stairwell In total there is approx. 200m2 of surface to plaster. Travel and accommodation will be provided on site in rooms that are not part of the renovation (they are fully finished with proper beds etc). Materials and tools can be transported or purchased locally. Dates can be flexible but will need to be sometime in May. If you are interested please quote a labour rate for the whole job. If successful we can then agree material requirements and other logistics. Thanks, Chris
