Job Plumber has made good the plasterwork in a wall following a leak at a rental property, however it not at all smooth. Plumber says its as good as he can get it so need someone in to fix it as tenant is not happy. Approx area of works is 2-3 square metres but may require the whole wall (wall is approx 1.5m wide) in order to get a decent finish.

Budget Under £250

Job We recently moved house and the front room had wood pannelling on one of its walls. We have stripped that wood and now need that wall to be rendered and plastered. We are looking to have this done as quickly as possible so that we can start using our front room.

Comment We posted our job yesterday morning and it was all done by this afternoon - we couldn't believe it! Andrew called us back within a couple of hours of our posting and he and his team arrived this morning. They are honest, hard-working tradesmen who listen carefully to what you want and they have done a fantastic job of our living room. Job Overboarding & skimming ceiling of attic room to provide level clean surface for painting. Victorian house, dual aspect room however not exceptionally high ceiling. Need someone who will provide a good quality finish with minimal mess on walls as already tried to decorate hoping that would be able to live with the ceiling but not finding it increasingly annoying. Flooring already down and will need to work around some furniture as difficult to remove. Room is approx 4-4.5msq

Comment Excellent job, was able to do the job within a couple of days of requesting and only took 3 hours which is a day & half less than others outside of rated people were quoting for the same job. And even better there was only a trace of plaster dust to clean up after. Fantastic job and we are extremely happy. Anita
